The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) and investigators from the Cumberland County Sheriff's Department are on the scene of a fatal shooting in Lake Tansi on Ackia Rd.
A female is in custody at the Cumberland County Justice Center under investigative hold at this time.
Cumberland County Sheriff's Department Chief Investigator Casey Cox has confirmed there is one male victim who was found dead at the scene.
The shooting incident was reported to 911 around 5 a.m. today.

UPDATE: The call came in at 4:45 a.m. regarding the incident on Ackia Dr. Sheriff's deputies responded to the call and found a 30-year-old male in the backyard of the residence apparently dead from a gunshot wound. A 36-year-old female at the scene was taken to CMC and treated in emergency room. She was then taken to the Justice Center where an investigative hold was placed on her.
At 11:10 a.m. a search warrant was delivered to the scene and investigators began processing evidence. Police believe they know the identity of both persons, but have not released any names.
At this time the police are still at the scene gathering evidence.
Both persons are natives of Cumberland County.
UPDATE: Chief Investigator Casey Cox has identified the victim as Louis Tammaro, age 30. He was shot once in the head. Tamaro was a local businessman. Being held on investigative hold is Stephanie Cole, 36. She is a special education teacher at Martin Elementary. Investigators have been working 13 hours now. Decision on charge may be filed tonight, Cox said.
UPDATE: Stephanie Cole has been charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of Louis Tamaro earlier today, June 20. No bond has been set. Cole is expected to appear in Cumberland County General Sessions Court Monday for attorney issue and possible bond setting.
