A local man was arrested by Crossville Police after he allegedly used his pickup truck to ram a vehicle being driven by another man with whom he was involved in a feud, according to reports.
Robert Dexter Fox II, 18, 38 Hodge Ave., is charged with one count of reckless endangerment in connection with the incident that took place around 5 p.m. on Nov. 17, according to Ptl. Jacob Brinks' report.
The victim, Daniel J. Guffey, 19, of Kellet Dr., was not injured in the incident.
Police were dispatched to the area of Walgreen's on report of a vehicle accident and found Guffey in the parking lot beside his vehicle, which he said had been struck several times by a small red truck.
Guffey told police that the pickup truck followed him from Walmart to Cumberland Auto Parks on West Ave., and that his vehicle had been struck three or four times during the trip.
Police found evidence supporting Guffey's claim and when they contacted Fox, his vehicle also had damage which collaborated the victim's report to police. Fox gave officers a statement and was then arrested and charged with endangerment for intentionally driving his vehicle into Guffey's.
