Victims identified in quadruple slaying

CROSSVILLE — Victims in the quadruple homicide Thursday have been positively identified by law enforcement and the bodies taken to the medical examiner's office for autopsy.

Danielle Jacobson, 22, was identified as the driver of the vehicle found Thursday morning on a side road off Renegade Parkway shortly before 7 a.m. The three passengers were identified as 17-year-old Steven Presley, 17-year-old Dominic Davis and 16-year-old Jon Lajeunesse.

Investigators have confirmed the four died of gunshot wounds.

A 26-year-old suspect is currently in custody in Cumberland County. He was arrested in Rhea County in the early morning hours Friday on an unrelated charge and transported to Cumberland County.

A press conference is scheduled for noon. Additional updates will be published on the Crossville Chronicle website as information becomes available.
