Rimmer's motion was supported by Dave Hassler, 3rd District commissioner.

The grant requires a 50 percent match of funds from the county, which will be made through in kind donations of work and resources from the county;

• Resolution 09-2013-8 — a $73,334 amendment for the Cumberland County Election Commission to accept grant money from the state to provide for upgrades to voting machines for next year's election.
