CROSSVILLE — With it being prom time in Cumberland County, the City of Crossville fire and police departments, Cumberland EMS and the Cumberland County Health Department held their annual mock DUI Friday morning on Stanley St. in front of Cumberland County High School. There were two fatalities and three injuries in the accident to demonstrate alcohol and driving don't mix. CCHS drama students were the "injured" and "fatalities" from the two vehicle accident. A helicopter was unavailable due to weather conditions Friday morning. CCHS held its annual prom Saturday night in the school gym, while SMHS will have its prom this Saturday. A similiar exercise will be held Friday morning at SMHS.
