CROSSVILLE — During the city of Crossville's annual Arbor Day tree giveaway, Crossville Mayor J.H. Graham III announced that Crossville was recognized by the nonprofit Arbor Day Foundation as a Tree City USA community for its commitment to urban forestry. Crossville was recognized as a Tree City USA, for its 10th year in a row. The Tree City USA program is sponsored by the Arbor Day Foundation in cooperation with the National Association of State Foresters and the USDA Forest Service. Mayor Graham and several members of Crossville's Tree Board proudly display the flag the city received for the honor.
