Ricky Lynn Moore ran out of chances.
On probation for selling drugs, he picked up three new counts on each charge of sale and delivery of more than .5 grams of methamphetamine, and a count of sale and delivery of less than .5 grams of meth.
Moore, 50, Claysville Rd., appeared in court earlier this month and entered a sentencing agreement that will require him to serve ten years in the state prison system. He was also fined $2,000 and court costs.
Moore pleaded guilty in November 2008 to one count of possession of a schedule II drug for sale and received an eight-year prison sentence with five months to serve and the remainder on probation.
He was fined $2,000 and in exchange, three additional counts were dropped.
As a result of his most recent arrests, Moore agreed to enter the plea, receiving a new four-year sentence which is to be served consecutively to the six remaining years on his old sentence.
In other cases on the docket, the following took place:
•Emilee Belle Breazeale, aggravated burglary, theft of less than $10,000 and fraudulent use of a credit/debit card of less than $1,000, criminal summons issued for March 24.
•Jesse Lee Chandler, petition, motion or writ, motion to attend and complete Teen Challenge granted.
•Yvette Leigh Emery, theft of less than $60,000, continued to the May 2 discussion docket and May 9 deadline docket.
•John Florea, theft of less than $60,000, continued to the May 2 discussion docket and May 9 deadline docket.
•Kenneth Leroy Langley, probation violation, hearing continued to March 24.
•Nicholas Jason Leach, probation violation, probation revoked because of violations and ordered to serve six months in jail.
•Scottie Eugene Lenz, aggravated burglary, burglary, aggravated assault, vandalism and two counts of theft of less than $500, motion for the Public Defender's Office to withdraw granted; Ivy Gardner appointed to represent Lenz. Motion to revoke bond granted; continued to March 24.
•Austin Shane Lewis, probation violation, probation revoked because of violations and ordered to serve balance of his sentence.
•Darrell Keith Redwine, theft of less than $10,000, bond set at $10,000 and continued to March 24.
•Allen Anthony Smith, aggravated sexual battery, continued to the May 2 discussion docket and May 9 deadline docket.
•Elisha Renea Webb, probation violation, probation revoked and ordered to serve 45 days in jail.
•Scottie Dewayne Ingram, theft of less than $10,000, forfeiture and capias issued for failure to appear; ordered held for bond hearing.
