Father/Daughter Dance benefits Rotary projects

Tickets available for Feb. 8 gala


CROSSVILLE — The Crossville Rotary Club's annual Father/Daughter Dance, benefiting club projects throughout the year, is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 8 from 6-9 p.m. at the Cumberland County Community Complex.

Tickets are on sale and can be purchased in advance until Feb. 5. Tickets are $20 per person. The event is filled with an evening of music, dancing, refreshments and a complimentary photo to remember the evening. There are always a couple of fun surprises as well! 

Attendees can wear anything from bluejeans to tuxedos. All are welcome, from  fathers, grandfathers, uncles to brothers. All ages are welcome.

Tickets can be purchased in advance at various businesses around town until Feb. 5:  Crossville Chronicle, Crossville Housing Authority, Crossville Trophy, Chamber of Commerce, Cumberland County Bank – main branch, MedEd Credit Union or Progressive Savings Bank. Tickets go quickly but there will be a few tickets available that night at the door. The price of the ticket will be $25 per person at the door as long as supply lasts.

The Crossville Rotary Club is also looking for corporate sponsors for the event to help cover the overhead costs. There are four levels of sponsorship available and each sponsor will receive complimentary tickets to the event, as well as be recognized in all advertising for the event. The sponsor name will be displayed on a large banner at the event and they will be recognized throughout the evening.  

The levels of sponsorship are as follows: Platinum, $750 – sponsor receives 12 tickets; Gold,  $500 – sponsor receives 10 tickets; Silver,  $250 – sponsor receives 4 tickets; and Bronze,  $100 – sponsor receives 2 tickets.
