The following is the Cumberland DUI Court docket for Nov. 21, Judge Amy Hollars presiding.
Guilty pleas
•Brian Eric McCauley, 40, second offense driving under the influence and a second charge brought by information, pleaded guilty to the charge and was fined $610 and court costs, 45 days in jail, placed on probation for 11 months and 29 days and loss of license for two years on each count.
•Ricky Delane Price, 50, third offense driving on a suspended license, pleaded guilty to the charge and received an 11-month and 29-day suspended sentence to be served on probation.
•Miguel Velasquez, second offense driving under the influence, driving on a revoked license and refusing an intoximeter test, pleaded guilty to first offense drunk driving, no fine assessed; two days in jail, 11 months and 29 days on probation and license suspended for one year.

•Crystal M. Brown, third offense driving under the influence and simple possession of cocaine, continued until Jan. 16.
•Michael Prestley Cooper, driving under the influence, continued until Jan. 16.
•Michael Wayne Crabtree, driving under the influence, continued until Jan. 16.
•Rodney Lee Davenport, driving under the influence, continued until Jan. 16.
•Ray M. Martin, third offense driving on a suspended license, continued to Feb. 27.
•Larry Robert Nale, second offense driving under the influence, continued until Jan. 16.
•Jimmie Ellwood Shelton, driving under the influence, continued until Jan. 16.
•Derrick Doyle Stover, fourth offense driving on a revoked license and violation of the habitual motor vehicle offender law, continued until Jan. 16.
•Lewis Mathew Turner, seventh offense driving under the influence and simple possession of hydrocodone, continued until Jan. 16.
•Michael L. Vaughn, four counts of sixth offense driving on a revoked license, continued until Jan. 16.
•Mark Wayne Whittaker, seventh offense driving under the influence and second offense driving on a revoked license, forfeiture and capias issued for failure to appear; ordered held for bond hearing.

•Mark Nelson Grams, fourth offense driving under the influence, second offense driving on a revoked license, public intoxication and refusing an intoximeter test, to be dropped.
•Edward K. Howard, motion to waive fines and court costs in fourth offense drunk driving and revoked license cases, continued until Feb. 27.
•Eric A. McCoy, motion to waive fines and court costs in third offense drunk driving, revoked license and leaving the scene of an accident with injuries cases, denied.
•Richard L. Sherrill, motion to waive fines and court costs in revoked license, habitual motor vehicle offender, evading arrest and second offense drunk driving cases, denied.
•Danny Ray Smith, motion to waive fines and court costs in fifth offense drunk driving and fourth offense driving on a revoked license offenses, denied.
•James B. Wright, motion to waive fine and court costs in fifth offense revoked license case, denied.
Probation violation
•Angela R. Beaty, on probation because of drunk driving, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, cases, had probation revoked for violations; ten days in jail on weekends, 40 hours of community service and probation extended 11 months and 29 days.
