Schools committee, budget committee to meet jointly Nov. 3

— There will be a joint meeting of the schools and education committee and budget committee on Monday, Nov. 3, at 4:30 p.m. in the small courtroom at the Cumberland County Courthouse. Both committees will hold election of officers for the 2008-'09 budget year and will hear a presentation by TRANE about the Board of Education's energy audit. The public is welcome to attend.
