The city of Crossville has announced that beginning Monday, Sept. 22, and lasting for two to three days, Livingston Rd. from Miller Ave. south will be closed for utility work. City Manager Ted Meadows advises motorists they may want to find an alternate route Monday and the following two days to avoid delays in travel around the city.
