Board of Education to hold special-called meeting tonight at 7 p.m.

— The Cumberland County Board of Education will hold a special-called meeting (tonight) Friday, Aug. 8, at 7 p.m. The meeting will be in the board room at the Central Office on Fourth St. Topics to be discussed at the meeting will be the 2008-'09 general purpose school budget and approval of recommendations based on the proposed revenues for the upcoming school year. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend.
