Mr. G.C. Stevens has completed his “cot” on the mineral springs ground and moved into it. Its situation is delightful and his family will have a whole summer of picnic. Parties are expected from Cincinnati and Chattanooga who will camp on the grounds and make a gypsy colony.
Elijah Walker, Crossville, advertised that he was a practical Blacksmith and Wagon Maker. Horseshoeing is a specialty. He repairs all kinds of job work. First-class work at reasonable rates.

Mrs. W.T. Howard is spending a few weeks in Ann Arbor, Michigan with Dr. and Mrs. John E. Tracy. Dr. Tracy is Dean of the College of Law at the University of Michigan and a resident of our town in his early boyhood.
The merchants' present stock of paper bags and boxes is practically exhausted and no more are in sight. Please take your own paper bags and glass containers or shopping bag when you go to the store.

Jeff Burnett made a hole-in-one on the 150 yard, par 3, 17th hole at Dorchester Country /club.
Steve Norris, local meteorologist and member of TV-10's Weather Watchers Network, has received certification as a Radio Weathercaster from the National Weather Association (NWA).
