The following is the Cumberland Criminal Court docket for April 24, Judge Leon Burn presiding.
•Mark Ulrich Brogdon, 48, charged with five counts each of obtaining a controlled substance by forgery and passing a forged prescription, pleaded guilty to obtaining a controlled substance by forgery and received a two-year prison sentence concurrent with a probation violation sentence in Bledsoe County.
•Angela Michell Brogdon, 33, three counts each of obtaining a controlled substance by forgery and passing a forged prescription, pleaded guilty to solicitation to the passing of a forged prescription and was placed on probation for 11 months and 29 days.
•Michael Theodore Laesch, aggravated sexual battery, motion to reduce bond denied; continued until May 23.
•Gordon Lee Wheeler, violation of the sex offender registry law, continued until May 9.
