One person was transported to Cumberland Medical Center the morning of Dec. 19 for minor injuries after a 1994 Chrysler van driven by Teresa Powell, 37, of Crossville pulled into the path of a 1997 Ford Ranger driven by Bob S. Donnelly, 74, also of Crossville. Donnelly was southbound on West Ave. when Powell pulled out from W. First St. and attempted to cross West Ave. Donnelly's vehicle then struck Powell's vehicle. No other injuries were reported.
