William Carr Johnson, 86, of Crossville, passed away June 15, 2008.
Mr. Johnson was born Oct. 12, 1921, in Clinton, TN, the son of Samuel Sherman and Katherine (Melton) Johnson.
He was retired from Youngstown Sheet and Tube and was of the Baptist faith. He served in the United States Army and was a veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, AnneMarie (Dehetre) Johnson of Crossville; stepdaughters and sons-in-law, Jerie Anne and Eric Schwehm of Imperial Beach, CA and Jill and Larry Pierce of Charlotte, NC; stepsons and daughters-in-law, Jerry and Nancy Kozlowski of Griffin, IN and Tom and Jean Kozlowski of Eugene, OR; and brothers and sisters-in-law, Glen and Pauline Johnson of Crossville and James and Nell Johnson of Whiting, IN.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Bilbrey Funeral Home, Inc. was in charge of the arrangements.
