Jacqueline's Boutique sets grand opening for April 2 and 3

CROSSVILLE — Jacqueline's Boutique, in Fairfield Glade, is "the place to shop!" Jacqueline and Jim first started their business in 1999 as Jensen Travelwear, with a traveling boutique. For the first ten years, they traveled with their clothing, exhibiting at women's shows, Shriner's conventions, international dog shows, Mary Kay conventions, etc., to name a few.

The business seemed charmed from the beginning! The special emphasis placed on creating a warm, friendly atmosphere in which to shop became apparent by the growth of her company. In 2008, Jacqueline opened the first storefront boutique in Crossville in the new Cumberland Court Shopping Center. After being there 14 months, they moved the business to the Village Green Mall in Fairfield Glade.

As the customer base and sales continued to grow, it created the need for another move to a larger location. Jacqueline's Boutique is now located at 3996 Peavine Road, in the Village Square Shopping Center (between Heartland Florist and Tony's Restaurant). The store has 2,000 sq. ft. of floor space with a fireplace and gathering area for the customers.

Both Jacqueline, Jim and Sophie (the customer service dog), welcomes you to visit their boutique and see for yourself why Jacqueline's Boutique is "the place to shop!" When visiting, you'll find your own personal consultant to help with your fashion needs. Clothing lines include Winding River, NYDJ (Not Your Daughter's Jeans), Lu Lu B's, Erin London, which are in smashing colors and styles! Unique jewelry and handbags will complete your fashion statement.

Grand opening days are April 2 and 3, featuring mini fashion shows, entertainment by Katie Stephens, on the keyboard, and accompanying her on the guitar will be Tony Zarolla. Franell will be signing her book,  Split Ends; celloist Whitney Stephens and saxophonist Frank Saxton will entertain. Door prizes will be awarded every hour on the hour both days. An official ribbon cutting ceremony will be at 10 a.m. on April 2. Fashion shows will be on Monday, at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.; on Tuesday there will be more fashion shows, at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Two free pair of NYDJs will be given away!

Stop by and enjoy appetizers and all the fun!
