Snack Shack under new management

Submitted

CROSSVILLE — The Snack Shack, located at the beach, will be under new management this year. It is being leased to Sheere Britt, who has 27 years of experience in the foodservice industry. Britt has made a lot of big changes, taking the snack shack and completely remaking it into a much more enjoyable experience for all property owners and their guests and now calling it "The Quack Shack."
The Quack Shack will be providing supplies and services, such as sunblock, first aid kits, calling in to go orders, hosting birthday parties, live acoustic music, cookouts, bonfires and cornhole tournaments. The shack will operate under new consistent hours, rain or shine, seven days a week from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m., staying open longer on unusually busy days and holidays.

Serving a familiar menu of delicious foods, now including hand-dipped ice cream, sundaes, milkshakes, malts, fruit smoothies, rootbeer floats and adding new healthy selections of food along with weekly specials.

“Property owners and their guests deserve high quality service on their days at the beach,” says Britt. “All of the Quack Shack’s team members encourage you to stop by and experience customer service the way it should be.”

Britt and her staff look forward to serving you this summer at “The Quack Shack.” Please come and support her in this new venture.
