Norris, 63, of Crossville, was traveling west when his 1994 Ford F150 pickup left the roadway.The second crash occurred just after 10 a.m. on Hwy. 70 West. Laura B. Whicher, 25, was traveling west when the 1996 Chevrolet Cavalier hydroplaned and she lost control of the car. The vehicle traveled off the road and down an embankment. The vehicle overturned, partially ejecting the driver, before coming to rest on its top.
