CROSSVILLE — Fellowship Baptist Church will be sponsoring the 40 Days of Prayer Vigil, from Friday, Sept. 29 through Monday, Nov. 5, in conjunction with praying for our nation and the upcoming national election on Tuesday, Nov. 6.

The church will be open for prayer from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. seven days a week for that 40 day period. If you desire to come earlier in the morning or some other evening, please call the church at 456-2525 to make arrangements.

We will have someone there each day with a list of specific prayer needs/requests for that day. Come, pray as you are led and stay as long as you need to.  We, as a community and as a nation founded on Christian principles, need to seek The Lord's guidance for this very important election. Our country is in trouble, financially, economically and spiritually, and everyone, regardless of their political persuasion, is invited to come and pray.

2 Chronicles 7:14: "If My people, which are called by My Name, shall humble themselves and pray, and seek My Face, and turn form their wicked ways: then, will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land." (KJV). The church is located at 12 Westminster Court, FFG, TN
