Fairfield Glade Racquet Center wants to recognize a long time member of Fairfield Glade Lori Brown for her accomplishments this year in her several USTA League Events and one in particular.

CROSSVILLE — Fairfield Glade Racquet Center wants to recognize a long time member of Fairfield Glade Lori Brown for her accomplishments this year in her several USTA League Events and one in particular. Her 8.0 Mixed Team recently won the Southern Sectional in Mobile, Ala. Brown will now represent the Southern Section at the Nationals, Nov. 22-24 in Tucson, AZ.  On Friday and Saturday, her team will compete in round robin play with teams from Missouri Valley, Northern California, and the Mid-Atlantic with the top team advancing to the semi-final on Sunday. We want to wish Lori good luck in this tournament and we know she will represent Fairfield Glade proudly. Below is a list of her other accomplishments this year:

Captain of 4.5 Women’s Team- won her local league and won the state; had a good showing in Sectionals.

Member of 9.0 Mixed team- won her local league and won the state; had a good showing in Sectionals.

Captain of 8.5 Women’s Combo Team- won local league and won the state and will compete in Sectionals in Mobile, Ala., Feb. 28 – March 2, 2014.
