Nov. 1 Blood Drive results

CROSSVILLE — The American Red Cross Drive held Nov. 1 at the FFG United Methodist Church was a success. Our goal for productive units was 57 and we collected 54! Thank you FFG donors!  All we need to do now is increase our goal and strive to meet that.

A heartfelt thank you to all our donors. You helped save 162 lives. There is still a desperate need for donations and I hope that FFG keeps doing its part.

Thank you to all the volunteers: Co-chair Linda Watts, Connie Versema, Nicole Shriner, Karen Allen, Tim Duncan, Pam Matheis, Sheila Walden, Betty Clement, Mary Roth and Deb Johns.  Thank you to Bernice Polizzotto of Century 21 Fountain Realty who personally donated a $25 gift card in our drawing.

Keep your calendars marked for our next drive on Jan. 3, 2014. The drive will be held at the FFG Methodist Church from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Appointments can be made online at redcrossblood.org enter sponsor code Fairfield 19, or by calling the Red Cross at 800-733-2767, or by calling Sue Streets at 200-7723. Walk-ins are always welcome.
