Fairfield Glade Member-Member scheduled for Aug. 9 and 10

CROSSVILLE — Ladies and Gentlemen, mark your calendar, secure your partner, and plan for a fun-filled weekend Aug. 9 and 10 during the annual Member-Member Golf Tournament. Look for updated details in the Glade Sun for sign up information, and more exciting details about this premier golfing event.

This 2014 Member-Member event has more than 450 players and sells out early. The limit is 158 teams, so don't delay, start planning. If you don’t have a partner, the Member-Member committee will try to secure one for you.

Enjoy two days of golf at Heatherhurst Golf Club, playing on the Brae and Crag courses, a pre-tournament reception on Friday evening, plus breakfast and lunch both days, gift bag, prize money plus a golf shirt or a dozen golf balls are included.

The Member-Member is open to golfers of all skill levels. It is flighted by handicap, giving every team a chance to win one of the many prizes. All golfers must submit a current and verifiable USGA handicap index from an authorized golf club, and must be a member in good standing of the Fairfield Glade Community Club. Handicap indexes submitted along with posted scoring history will be reviewed by the men and women of the Glade handicap committee.
