Ladies Club philanthropy


— Viva Bosland, President, Fairfield Glade Ladies Club, recently met with the Officers of NAMI, and presented a donation to endorse the organization’s dedication to those with mental health issues. More than 550 members of the club worked during the past club year to support fund raising efforts and were pleased to learn that nearly $57,000 in cash and goods would be distributed locally.

Viva Bosland, President of the FFG Ladies Club, presented checks to help support the valuable services provided to the FFG community. A total of almost $2,500 was distributed.


In addition to more than $2,000 in new clothing purchased by the members of the Fairfield Glade Ladies Club for the House of Hope, Denise Melton, right, House of Hope executive director, recently accepted a check for $775 to use as needed. Viva Bosland, Ladies Club president, is shown making the presentation.
