Highly touted teenager to be spotlighted at July 22 RHA meeting


— Taylor Ware, an exciting 18-year-old graduate of Franklin High School and one of the leading country singers and yodelers, will be featured at the July 22 meeting of the Fairfield Glade Resident Homeowner’s Association to be held at the Legends starting at 6 p.m. Residents who have never attended an RHA meeting are especially encouraged to come out and enjoy a fantastic evening with Taylor. She appeared at RHA in both 2007 and 2008, with a very warm reception.

Taylor will be attending the University of Alabama in the Fall, being placed in the Honors College. America’s Yodeling Sweetheart, she will present an exciting evening of music that you won’t forget. Besides yodeling, Taylor plays the guitar and fiddle. She has performed for many state fairs throughout the country and placed second on the hit TV show America’s Got Talent.

For this memorable night out, reserve July 22 for RHA at Legends. Deadline for reservations is July 18. Social hour is from 5-6 p.m., with dinner beginning at 6 p.m. Men are requested to wear jackets and we would like for everyone to wear a name badge so people can get acquainted. Entrée for this meeting will be roast beef with red wine demi sauce and all the fixings. Note that if you make a reservation and do not attend, you are responsible for payment of the meal cost. RHA must guarantee these reservations on July 18. RHA meets on the fourth Monday of each month, except May and December. Dues for new members is just $10 for the final five programs of the year. If there are those that want to attend to view the program only, you can do that for a cost of $6. If you decide to join later, you can do so for just $4.

When making your reservations, you can make up your own table of six or eight, though we suggest that you make the reservation for the whole table at one time.

Upcoming programs include: August – Jason Sanders, musician/singer/songwriter from Carthage who plays a great keyboard and dobro, as well as the fiddle; September – will feature Tom Borjohan, a widely acclaimed comedian/magician who just recently appeared at the Spring City Theatre; October – Plateau Old Time German Band; and November – Dennis Donald, Ashley Krohn and Jason Ross.
