Bling Sale coming Dec. 21

CROSSVILLE — What could be better holiday shopping news than hearing that the Friends of the Library's Bling Sale is finally here? Please do not miss this once-a-year December extravaganza of artfully displayed costume jewelry and other last minute gift giving ideas. On Saturday, Dec. 21, from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. (if supplies remain) at the Art Circle Library’s Cumberland Room, everyone will have the opportunity to view thousands of items arranged by price or purpose.

The best news is that every donation or purchase of costume jewelry will directly benefit the community library through this Friends of the Library project. You will not only have an opportunity to purchase gifts for yourself or others, but enjoy the ambiance and décor of the library all decked out in Christmas and holiday finery. If you have not visited recently or believe the library (aka the "community living room”) is amazing year round, you will be completely enchanted with a visit in December.

The library leadership, Sue Randleman, and her excellent assistants and staff, the Cumberland County Archives ad Family Heritage Center leadership, staff and volunteers, the library board and committees, and the Friends of the Library (FOL) board, committees and membership invite everyone to participate and enjoy the community library year round. On behalf of the FOL Bling Committee, they thank you for your support and participation in one of the crown jewels of this community: the Art Circle Library.
