The $6.5 million Community and Conference Center was opened to great fanfare as dignitaries such as U.S. Congressman Lincoln Davis, state Representative Eric Swafford, Crossville Mayor J.H. To some, their presence is a threat to fishing success, while to others it is a chance to see one of Tennessee's most entertaining animals.
