Time change for "Meet The Candidates" Town Hall July 31

The Fairfield Glade Election Committee has announced that the "Meet The Candidates" town hall at the Fairfield Glade Community and Conference Center Thursday, July 31, has been changed to a 6:30 p.m. starting time.

All property owners are encouraged to attend, as the meeting will provide an opportunity to meet the six candidates seeking election to the two open seats on the board of directors. The elected candidates will serve a three-year term.

The candidates are Robert (Bob) Citkovic, Bob Henderson, Larry Lanzerotti, Gerry Miller, Jim Rackley and Mark Richie. Each candidate will give a brief presentation followed by questions from the members. Questions will be presented by the moderator from written requests submitted prior to or at the town hall.

An exclusive e-mail address has been established for voters to submit questions to the candidates prior to July 31. The address is: fgccelection@fairfieldglade.cc. Members submitting questions are requested to include name, address, and phone number. E-mail addresses for the purpose of possible receipt of answers to submitted questions are optional.

Ballots will be mailed to all members in good standing Aug. 11 and deadline for their return is Friday, Sept. 12. Results of the election will be announced at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 19, at the club's annual meeting at the Community and Conference Center.
