CROSSVILLE — The Fair Park Seniors Center's Ring and Sing group will be ringing and singing Christmas carols at the center this Friday morning at 9:45 a.m. First Baptist Choral Director Faye Brandon has been volunteering her time and talents, working with the seniors to get it just right. They will be singing all those old favorites everyone enjoys this time of year. The chimes are just so delightful! Plan now to get out and join the merry group.

Christmas is on the countdown. If you’re having trouble getting in the mood, then you need to get some tickets to the Lucas Christmas Show before they are all gone. There will be lots of music, laughs and a few door prizes. The show will start at 7 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 14, at the Palace Theatre.

This is the fourth year, and more and more folks are making it a tradition for their holidays. This means the tickets are going fast. There are just a few left at the Fair Park Senior Center for you to come by and get. The tickets are only $10 and are at 1433 Livingston Rd. across from the fairgrounds. This is a fundraiser for the senior center.

Tis the season for giving! Fair Park hopes you will remember to give your tax deductable money donation to senior center as one of your favorite charities. Your support will help to continue all of your favorite programs and fun activities, which provides social interaction for all the seniors in county.

Check out the web site to learn more at The center is open to seniors Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. with some evening classes. Call 484-7416 for more information.
