September 11, 2001 forever changed our hearts and the lives of many in the United States. We all know exactly where we were that morning. While most of us watched in terror on the TV, others were in the middle of it all.
One of those people who were there was New York Fire Chief Robert (Bob) Citkovic. He and his men were called to respond to help on that morning.
You can meet him and hear his first-hand story as he shares with everyone the events of that horrible day. He will be at Fair Park this Friday morning to speak at 9:45 a.m. Plan to come.
You are always welcome to come and visit the Fair Park Senior Center. It is for all seniors. It is at 1433 Livingston Rd., across from the fairgrounds. Check out their website at www.fairparkseniorcenter.org or call 484-7416.
