North Cumberland holds fall festival Oct. 10

— North Cumberland Elementary School will be holding their annual fall festival on Friday, Oct. 10, from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Activities include a cakewalk, haunted hall, silent auction, hot dogs, snacks and soft drinks.
