HALO fund helps community children and youth

The HALO (Honor a Loved One) fund has given community youngsters the chance to take piano lessons. Set up through Crossville First United Methodist Church and Fairfield Glade United Methodist Church, HALO obtains its funding through donations given in honor or memory of whomever the donor wishes. HALO uses the funds to provide help for children in any way that's needed. Some of the activities the funds contribute to include piano lessons, various camps (church, scouts, 4-H, etc.), after-school programs, and mother's day out programs.
