Crossville Hearts, a local homeschoolers co-op, meets each Friday at Oak Hill Baptist Church for enrichment classes. One of the classes offered to students this semester was a yo-yo class conducted by Isaac Parris. On Dec. 7, students participated in a yo-yo tournament. The winners were: Sport ladder — Caleb Erickson, first place; William Smith, Austin Beaty and Willie Hale, second place; and Mark Young, third place; Longest Spin — Jonathan Wilson, first place, and Willie Hale, second place; Friction Sticks — Peyton Scott, first place. Crossville Hearts thanks William Smith for assisting during the class and congratulates the winners.
