Brylie Mays won fifth place in the World's Championship Horse Show, becoming the youngest to receive a ribbon among the top competitors in the three-gaited pony division this year. Her school, Christian Academy of the Cumberlands, has been flexible, allowing Brylie to do her studies through an online program and while on the road. "It really offered her to compete on a world level and still live here in Crossville... It's really cool that she can do all of these things and maintain the level she has had," said her mother, Kiersten Mays.
