Uplands Retirement Village captured the CRYSA U14 championship with a final game, 11-0 win over Cancuns. Uplands finished with a record of 8-2-3 and was led by Jared DeBord, who played center midfield and scored 26 goals. Daniel Warren and Luis Medina finished second and third in scoring on this high-scoring team. Lindy Livesay and Kelsie Dodson anchored a strong defense, along with goalkeeper Renee Labarge. After several years of coaching, Tom Warren is retiring, as he and his family are moving to North Carolina to begin a new ministry in Greensboro. Not present were Coach Steve Douglas and Les Summers.
