The Stone Memorial Panthers claimed the District 4AA Tournament championship Tuesday night at Kingston, defeating Alcoa 61-54, and will host Knox Carter Saturday in the opening round of the Region 2AA Tournament. Team members include Gage Spence (3), Brock Rowan (5), Tayler Orme (10), Brad Smith (12), Tyler Yoder (20), Matt Troino (21), Frank Heilmeier (22), Brandon Thomas (23), Mitch Ball (24), Justin Simmons (25), Luke Matthews (30), Parker Hill (33) and Collin Russell (34). The manager is Lane Burton.
