On behalf of the Lake Tansi Exchange Club, President John Sohmer presented a check to President Jim Oswald of the Cumberland County Imagination Library at their regular meeting on Friday, May 17 at the Hiawatha Community Center. Their annual contribution helps support the CCIL in coordination with the Tennessee Governor’s Book from Birth Foundation to provide age appropriate books mailed directly to approximately 1,700 youth in Cumberland County. From left, John Sohmer, Dolly Parton (Dolly wasn’t present – but a poster of her was!) and Jim Oswald.
