Firefighters from the Crossville Fire Department joined others from across Tennessee and six other states in the fourth Nashville 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb, held Sept. 8 at the William R. Snodgrass Tennessee Tower in downtown Nashville. Participants climbed 28 flights of stairs four times. Each firefighter carried a badge to wear with the name and photograph of one of the FDNY firefighters killed in the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
