The energey provider is also adding larger equipment to the Lantana Substation that will increase capacity and reliability to the area. Work along Lantana Rd. is expected to be completed in six to eight weeks, while work along Dunbar Rd. may take 12 weeks. New transformers should go online in June. During the transition, motorists in the areas should be aware of short traffic stops to allow for the safety of the workers.
