Michael Hernandez, 11, of Crossville, was excited to compete in the "Cobb Challenge: Paws for A Cause" in Atlanta, GA.  Proceeds from this meet helped to provide service dogs for disabled children.  His scores were as follows: Vault Score- 9.8 (first place Gold Medal), Rings - 9.7 (first place Gold), High Bar - 9.4 (second Place Silver), Parallel Bars - 9.8 (third place Bronze). These event scores along with his 9.8 on Floor and an 8.6 on Pommel Horse, totaled 57.1 points earned him second place (Silver Medal) in the All Around Competition.  He enjoys training at Victory Sports Center under Allan Malone Jr. (Boys Team Coach) and Martin Bush (Crossville Director).
